Survey IDs Big Contrasts Between Employers and Employees Regarding Hiring and Engagement

80-12

AppleOne’s latest Salary Survey, The SCALE (Standard for Compensation And Leadership Excellence), found significant differences between what Employers think is important for attracting and retaining talent and what employees say is important. For instance, while managers believe that 80% of their employees are fully engaged, only 12% of employees say they are engaged. Even more troubling for managers, 57% of employees say they expect to resign in the very near future.

These are just of few of the insights available in the 2016 SCALE, which deliberately asked employees and employers the same questions so that it could highlight contrasts that must be understood to achieve an organization’s hiring and retention goals. The new SCALE is available now. To request a copy visit: http://appleone.com/Salaryguide/.
