How Is Your Company Using Social Recruiting?

Jobvite released the results of their 2013 Social Recruiting Survey recently, and the results are eye-opening.  To succeed in today’s war on talent, more and more recruiters are being to use a marketing or social approach for finding and cultivating top talent.  In fact, the survey showed that 94% of all recruiters use or plan to use social media in their recruitment efforts in the next year.

LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter are still the top social networks for recruiters:

 

Finally, the survey noted that the best-quality candidates came through referrals from company and employee networks closely followed by social networks and corporate career sites.
